Shipping Policy
- Order Processing Time
- Three days were required for processing.
- Four to Five days were required for the shipment.
- Weekends and holidays are not included in this.
- Shipment methods & Costs
- Standard Shipping method.
- The estimated delivery time is between 5 and 9 days.
- FREE Shipping on Orders Above Rs. 999.
- The cost of shipping within the India is 49 Rupees.
- Domestic & International Shipping
- Domestic Shipping is available.
- At present, international shipping is not available.
- Tracking Information
- Once the shipment has been shipped, you will receive all the tracking information and the expected delivery date via email or SMS.

- Then you will see your Order details and Track my order button
- Click on the Track my Order button and you will get the details.
- Delay & Expectation
- If any order is delayed, we will notify you by email or SMS.
Return Policy
- Return Window
- The deadline for returning the order is 1 to 5 days.
- The deadline starts from the date of delivery onwards.
- Condition of Returned Items
- The product must be brand new, unopened, and have the bill attached, etc.
- As we do not have a reverse pickup facility yet, you are requested to ship the product(s) back to us anytime within 8 Days
- In the event that more than one replacement is requested in the same order, you will be charged a fee of Rs. 100 ( (shipping charges) for it. Also we won’t be able to compensate the return shipping cost (for sending it to us) for the second replacement.
- To compensate for the shipping expenses in sending the product back to us an amount of Rs. 100 will be added (only once per order) in your ComicSense wallet , which you can use on future orders.
- You are requested to pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit.
- Also, make sure to write your order number on the package somewhere.
- You will receive all the details regarding return including the address to ship the item to via mail.
- Refund or Return Options
- In case of replacement, we will ship the replacement in 3-5 days of us receiving the product back.
- In case of refund, we will initiate the refund in 3-5 days of us receiving the product back.
- After the refund is initiated from our side the time period in which the amount reflects back in your account may vary depending on circumstances. If the mode of refund is by Credit/Debit Card or Net Banking, please allow 3 to 12 working days for the credit to appear in your account. While we regret any inconvenience caused by this time frame, it is the bank’s policy that delays the refund timing and we have no control over that. If the mode of refund is by e-wallet, credit should be available within 24 hours.
